Your label request, and how we use it.

What stays in your browser

The bag stores only label product identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage. It does not store payment information, addresses, contact details or request notes. You can remove bag items or clear your browser’s site data.

What you submit at checkout

When you submit an unpaid label-order request, the contact and address details, notes, label selections, requested quantities, payment preference and acknowledgments you provide are sent to our team’s inbox. We use them to review the request, confirm artwork and specifications, prepare a quote, discuss shipping and reply to you. Submitting a request does not create an accepted order or collect an online payment.

Our email and hosting providers process the submission to deliver the request and operate the service. To help prevent spam and duplicate submissions, the request database keeps limited technical records such as hashed identifiers, request and delivery status, and timestamps—not the complete submitted form payload.

Payment details and marketing

No card details or online payments are collected through the label-request form. Do not include card numbers, payment credentials or other confidential information in request notes. Request acknowledgments are not marketing-subscription consent. No marketing or verification scripts are installed in the label storefront.

Earlier transactions and support

Existing order records and authenticated payment notifications may still be processed to reconcile earlier transactions and send related notifications. Those records are separate from new label requests and retain their earlier terms. Information you email our team is used to respond to your request.

Hosting and questions

The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver the site and maintain security. For privacy questions or a request concerning your information, email hello@peptidewholesalesupply.com.
