Qualified business use

You must be authorized to act for a legitimate business, academic, or laboratory organization and provide complete, accurate information. We may request additional documentation, decline a request, restrict a destination, or cancel an order when eligibility, intended use, inventory, compliance, or payment cannot be confirmed.

Research use only

Every product listed on this website is offered solely as a chemical reagent for in vitro laboratory research. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or compounded preparations and are not for diagnostic, therapeutic, human, or veterinary use.

• Do not administer, ingest, prescribe, dispense, resell for personal use, or represent a product as safe or effective for any unapproved purpose.
• The buyer is responsible for lawful receipt, handling, storage, labeling, use, disposal, and downstream transfer.

Catalog, quotes, and acceptance

Catalog pricing and availability may change before an order is accepted. A website submission, quote request, or payment authorization is not acceptance. An order becomes binding only after our written confirmation. The confirmed quote or invoice controls if it conflicts with general website information.

• The standard public minimum is 10 total vials, sold in increments of 10, unless a written quote states otherwise.
• Published volume pricing begins at 500 aggregate vials unless an accepted quote states otherwise.

Specifications and documentation

The buyer must review and approve the product, quantity, fill, packaging, destination, and documentation requirements before acceptance. Analytical or source records are supplied only when their availability and applicability to the requested product and strength have been confirmed. Illustrations, sample formats, and placeholder directory entries are not certificates or analytical claims.

Payment, tax, and delivery

Payment methods, taxes, shipping charges, delivery estimates, and destination restrictions are confirmed during the approved order process. You authorize us and our payment provider to process the amount shown for an accepted order. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
