Eligible destinations
We ship only to destinations that can be supported for the approved buyer, product, carrier, and applicable requirements. A destination shown in a checkout form is not guaranteed to be eligible. We may request business verification or decline locations that cannot be supported.

Charges and timing
Available shipping methods, taxes, duties, fees, and estimated dispatch or delivery windows are presented in the accepted quote or hosted checkout. Estimates can change because of inventory, order preparation, weather, carrier conditions, customs, or address review and are not guarantees unless expressly stated in writing.

Address and receiving responsibility
The buyer must provide a complete, accurate business delivery address and ensure an authorized recipient can accept the shipment. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or unavailability may be charged to the buyer where permitted.

International shipments
International availability is determined case by case. Unless a written quote states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import eligibility, permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and destination-specific compliance. We may cancel a shipment that cannot be lawfully or reliably completed.

Inspection and delivery issues
Inspect the outer package and contents promptly after delivery. Preserve the packaging and contact us without delay with the order reference, photographs, compound and strength, and a description of any loss, damage, temperature concern, or incorrect item. Do not return products without written instructions.

Storage and handling
Storage, transport, and handling requirements are product- and program-specific. The buyer is responsible for following the requirements confirmed with the order after delivery. General website imagery does not establish a storage specification.
