Both terms are used for products presented under a buyer’s brand. The distinction varies by supplier, so focus on the written scope: which products, label design, packaging, and other services are included in your project.
Can you help if I do not have label artwork?
Yes. Label design is available, and you can start with an idea rather than finished artwork. Share your brand direction so the required design work, deliverables, revisions, and any applicable fees can be discussed.
What is the minimum order for private labeling?
Private label minimums and pricing are confirmed for each project. Standard catalog orders start at 10 vials in Kits of 10. Volume pricing requires 25 Kits (250 vials) of the same compound; other compounds do not count or receive its volume price. Those catalog rules do not establish a custom-service minimum or price.
Can I combine custom packaging with fulfillment?
Yes. Custom packaging and order fulfillment are available. Include both in your inquiry so packaging specifications, handling responsibilities, store requirements, and the proposed fulfillment arrangement can be considered together.
How long does a private label project take?
A schedule is confirmed after reviewing the products, quantities, artwork, and packaging requirements. Tell us your preferred timing, but do not treat an inquiry or a target date as a confirmed completion or shipping date.
Are certificates of analysis available for private label products?
Documentation availability must be confirmed before ordering. Visit the COA information page or contact our team to discuss records for your selected products. Private labeling does not change the laboratory research-only restriction; products are not for human or veterinary use.
